Add in all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Add in to the wet ingredients in 3 batches. - 5
Mix and knead for 3mins until you get a nice soft non sticky dough,

Cover and let it rise for 10 minutes, then you knead it again for 2mins, and roll out on a clean lightly floured surface,

Cut into your desired shapes and fry on a medium high heat, until golden brown.
