Cooking Instructions

Sieve the flour, add salt, sugar, milk, yeast and stir. Pour water bit by bit and mix it all together. The batter shouldn't be watery.

Cover and place the mixture in a warm place. Allow it to rise until it doubles its size.

Heat up oil and deep fry on medium heat to a golden brown.

Serve! You can roll the puff puffs in sugar if the sugar is not enough. Enjoy!
