  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupoil
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 4eggs
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1 tspvanilla extract
  8. 1/2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Using a mixer, mix oil and sugar until well mixed and be adding the eggs one after the other and mix well.

    In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.

    Pour the dry ingredients in 3 batches and be adding the milk slowly.
    Note: use a spatula for this to obtain a soft and perfect cake.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 30mins.

    Allow to cool in a baking rack and tadaaaa!! Your soft and fluffy vanilla cupcakes are ready. Enjoy 😋😋
