  1. I kg flour (all purpose)
  2. Oil(vegetable oil)
  3. 4 tspsugar
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Start by putting salt, sugar and warm water in a bowl and stir until the salt and sugar dissolves

  2. 2

    Add flour and kneed until thick(or until the dough doesn't stick in your hand)

    Apply oil on top and bottom of the dough and cover with a cloth and let it sit for 15 minutes

    Uncover the dough, and cut it into balls(size you want), then roll the dough into small circles, apply oil,ON TOP OF THE CIRCLE or dough(this is what makes them soft and layered), the roll into a ball again, do this for the rest of them, cover and let it sit for 45 minutes

    After 45 minutes, start rolling and cook until golden brown
    Serve while hot
    Or if it's for later, cover
