Cooking Instructions

Wash your fresh tomatoes, pepper and onions, blend till its smooth

Then boil the beef till its tender and fry with oil

Put a pot on fire, when it's hot add your oil

Then add diced onion and your tomato paste

Allow to fry for some minutes

Allow to boil till the oil floats

Then add your fried beef and allow to cook for some minutes and your stew is ready

Then add your blended tomatoes, pepper and onions.
