Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsrice that is grinded in to smaller particle
  2. Water as required
  3. 1 cupMinced meat
  4. Onion
  5. Moringa
  6. 1 cupOil
  7. 1 cupGroundnut
  8. Salt
  9. maggi
  10. onions
  11. Scotch bonnet

Cooking Instructions

    Take the rice to the grinding machine so that the break it into smaller particles

  2. 2

    Wash the rice and allow it to dry for atleat 30min

  3. 3

    Put enough water in your steamer, and put on fire and then put the rice and cover, allow to cook for 1 hour

    It involves two steps, so after the first hour you remove it and put in a container, add your moringa, oil, groundnut minced meat,oinoins salt, maggi and your grated Scott bonnet, mix everything together

    Take it back to the fire and cook for twenty mins and your dambu is ready to eat.... You can serve with sauce, Mein da yaji or pepper soups,

    I preferred to eat mine with kuli kuli and yaji, enjoy your nutritious Hausa Fulani food.
