Ingredients

  1. For 1 person (4persons make in bowl)
  2. 10 gchia seeds (1/2 cup)
  3. 100 gany milk you preferred (1,1/2 cup)
  4. 5 ghoney (2tbsp)
  5. 2 dropsvanilla exact (1tsp)
  6. On top
  7. Fruits, berries, chocolate, peanut butter or nut etc…

    Mix pudding ingredients together very very well.

    Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hour. Mix it again

  3. 3

    Refrigerators more than 3 hours or over night!!

  4. 4

    Add fruits, nut or chocolate etc… and serve
