Cooking Instructions

Sieve the flour in a bowl and add all the powdered ingridients.
Mix them well.Add water gradually while mixing, put oil on your hand so it wont be sticky. - 2
Keep mixing until the dough combines well. Dust your work space with flour and transfer the dough to the table. Knead until the dough is soft and combined.

Transfer it back to the bowl and cover it. Allow it to rest for about 20 mins.

Place it back on the work space and cut into round balls. Flatten it with your rolling pin (not too flat).
put it on a non-stick pan and fry until both side turns brownish.
Serve with chicken curry
