Ingredients

6 people
  1. 4 cupsbeans
  2. 2 pieceyellow pepper(ose nsukka)... optional
  3. 3-4 pieceTatashi (optional)
  4. Fresh pepper
  5. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Pick the beans, wash until the peels are gone, soak in water for 1 hour so that the beans will get softer for easy blending

  2. 2

    Wash the peppers and cut the onion

    After 1 hour,bring the beans to a blend together with the onion and peppers

  3. 3

    Pour into a bowl, add salt to taste using a mixer mix for about 10 min. So you can have a fluffy akara at the end

    Heat up the oil, scoop a little amount of the batter into the oil, if it floats the you are good to go

  5. 5

    Continue the process until all the batter finishes, flip from time to time until golden brown....your akara is ready, you can serve with pap, custered and bread😋
