Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFlour
  2. 1/2 teaspoonYeast
  3. 1/2 teaspoonSugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  5. Water
  6. Kuli kuli
  7. Pepper flakes
  8. Oil
  9. Vegetables (tomatoes, onion and cucumber)
  10. Lime stone (Potash)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add your flour,salt,sugar and yeast and mixed them really well.

    Add your warm water gradually until you made a smooth dough (the mixture should not be too watery and not too hard)

    Cover it with a clean cloth and allow it to rise for about 25—40 mins

  4. 4

    Get two separate bowls of water.one add lime stone and the other one just to be cleaning your hands.

    Gat a non-stick pan to roast it, sprinkle some lime stone water on it.scoop the dough with your hand and spread it on the pan.cover it for about 3mins and flip to the other side and cover.

    Now your gurasa is ready.

    Chopped your tomatoes, onion and cucumber into a desirable shape,and also your gurasa.

    Add your vegetables,kuli kuli,oil, pepper flakes into your gurasa and mixed everything together.......enjoy 😋.
