Mini Glazed doughnut

Cooking Instructions

Sieve the flour in a bowl

Add the dried ingredients (sugar yeast and salt) and mix it up

Make a well at the center add egg divide the butter into two add the half and add warm water.

Mix it make a dough knead and beat the dough for about 10min and add the remaining butter while kneading.

Grease container with butter put the dough and cover it for 30min until it raise.

Take the dough out of the container and beat for 5mins again.

Knead and use doughnut cutter to cut for different shape

Put the doughnut on a tray and cover it to raise again and fry it.

In a small bowl pour the condensed milk powdered milk and white chocolate and mix it

Glaze each doughnut and garnish with desired things (chocolate chips, dessicated coconut etc.)
