Cooking Instructions

Put parchment paper on your baking tray, grease properly with oil and place in an oven to heat

In a bowl,add one cup of cornmeal

Add the sugar,salt and vanilla extract.

Add water bit by bit and whisk until it forms a pancake-like batter with no lumps
- 5
In the already heated baking tray,pour the batter and spread out evenly

In a smaller bowl,add the remaining cornmeal and mix with a tablespoon or two of water until it forms a bread crumb like consistency

Sprinkle it on top of the batter

Bake on low heat for like 20mins or till the batter has started to crack

Bring out of the oven and crack to various shapes and sizes of your choice

Put it back in the oven and let to bake till the flakes are golden brown.

Serve as you serve any cereal.I served mine with chocolate and it was delicious!!!
