Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes, wash, and slice them. Pat dry with paper towels. Place the potatoes in an oil-greased baking dish.

Brush with oil and lightly salt. Bake at 350°F until the potatoes are halfway cooked.

Chop the cilantro and mix it with the breadcrumbs. Lightly salt the mixture.

Rinse the cod fillets, pat them dry, and coat them with the cilantro and breadcrumb mixture. Remove the baking dish from the oven, place the cod fillets on top of the potatoes, and drizzle with a little oil. Continue baking until you can smell the cooked fish. Enjoy!
