  2. 2 pcsGinger
  3. Garlic five pcs minced
  4. 5shallots slice
  5. 50 gground pork, marinatj with soy

Cooking Instructions

    Steam choisam until done. Then arrange is a plate

    Stir fry garlic, ginger and shallots.

    Then add pork, keep mixong until pork change colour.

    Then add a little water to c. Ok. Covjr and simmer until cooked.

    Pour on top of choisam. Serve.
