Crepe Crepe
Follow me in Youtube: Albee Charis PonioCrepes are like pancakes but much thinner and lighter in texture. You can get creative with crepes. You can serve it sweet or savory. But I prefer my crepe filling sweet especially with fresh fruits. When we traveled to Japan, we went to Harajuku and it was crepe heaven! There crepes are not just pretty but they were delicious! Believe it or not, I finished 3 crepes. Strawberry, banana and creme brulee. It was so good. Here in Cebu, everytime we go to SM, we usually stop by crazy crepes. Thats how i love these simple but delicious dessert. Albee Charis Ponio -
Mille Crepe Cake Mille Crepe Cake
Ah, yes, the mille crepe. Another notoriously expensive to buy and time-consuming to make, but unbelievably delicious French dessert. The mille crepe is not as complicated as the macaron, but unlike the macaron, it's not a let's-make-this-for-breakfast-tommorrow project, but rather a I-need-something-for-next-week's-fancy-potluck kind of cake. Authentic French Crepe Batter Authentic French Crepe Batter
I modified the ingredient amounts of a crepe recipe that I found in a French recipe book.If you add the milk in gradually rather than all at once, it will help prevent lumps from forming. Also make sure to only add the butter a little at a time too! Recipe by BUNNYMOM cookpad.japan -
Self-made Crepe Self-made Crepe
Crepes are loved by children. But if you buy them, they are so expensive. If you make them at home you can have lots of fun cooking and they're cheap that's the best way.Books often tell you to make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and then add the egg. Actually if you do it the other way around and add the sifted dry ingredients to the liquids you'll get less lumps If you get rid of excess butter in the pan before cooking, you'll end up with a better crepe. Crepe Batter Crepe Batter
This is not my recipe. I learned this recipe at Gino's Culinary Studio in NY. This recipe makes several crepes, about 15. You can either cut the recipe down or save the already made crepes in the fridge for use later. Pacman -

Apple Pie Crepe Cupcake...things Apple Pie Crepe Cupcake...things
Okay so not gonna lie I had no idea this was going to work and I can't think of any kind of fancy name for this (if it hasn't been done already). Anyway, I tried out a recipe that was supposed to be "quick" and "easy" and "my daughter loved it" and I realized whoever told you making crepes was easy was a dirty communist because I couldn't get it right. Well, I ditched the recipe and used my own experience in the culinary arts to create what eventually became this. It was a cold night in Florida--good luck!! :) zoey9015
