  2. 5Eggs
  3. Tomato puree
  4. 1 tspTurmeric
  5. Schezwan sauce
  6. Spring onion
  7. PinchSalt
  8. 1Star anise
  9. Water (option)
  10. 2 tspChilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    In pot, put oil, star anise, spring onion, tomato puree

  2. 2

    Cover it for 3min

  3. 3

    After 3min, add schezwan sauce, stir it and leave it for 3min

  4. 4

    After 3min, add turmeric powder, seasoning, salt then add your eggs

  5. 5

    Leave it for 5min, add chilli powder, done

  6. 6

    Serve with rice or paratha or anything of your choice.
