Picadillo Pizza Meal

You can add olives if you like one of my granddaughters doesn't care for cooked olives. Also can serve with white or yellow rice instead of mashed potatoes. My other granddaughters doesn't like mashed but they were not here but with their mom. So mashed it was!

Picadillo Balls Picadillo Balls
This is a spin on Cuban Potato Balls the granddaughters I am watching one doesn't like cooked olives so you can add olive if you like for myself the olives are in!!! I use meatballs because they are already premade and smoked. When I do these I use frozen ones when I made before. My granddaughters love meatballs so I make them often in large quantities and freeze so I can save some time. skunkmonkey101 -

Yesterday I opened an avocado thinking it was ripe, but it turned out to be really hard 😂. So I put it in the food processor to chop it into tiny pieces, and since nothing goes to waste here, I came up with this way to use it, along with some other leftovers I had in the fridge lol. Pizza Quesadillas Pizza Quesadillas
A quick snack that's a fun fusion of pizza and quesadilla. Not sure what possessed me to add cream cheese, but it is gooooood.Note: I normally make my quesadillas with burrito size tortillas for the usual "fold over", but in a pinch fajita size tortillas will do. Just use two of them, one for each half. This is what I have pictured here cause I forgot I used up the last of the burrito size. 😂 StephieCanCook -

Makes 1 serving (2 pitas)Calories per serving: 634Total fat per serving: 9.8g#lowfathttps://www.facebook.com/gallbladderevicted/https://livingwithoutagallbladder.home.blog/How about some pizza! 🍕 We all know going to that local pizza joint us going to cost us big time in fat and well, calories too! Lol! But I came up with a low-fat alternative. I used leftover ham we had from Christmas dinner. I do suggest only using 1oz. of meat per pizza though as that is where most of the fat will come from. And if you use olives, use only a Tbs. as they are also high in fat, a good fat, but still fat. Eat up and enjoy pizza again, your way! 😉 Living Without A Gallbladder
