  3. Ground fresh garlic
  4. Diced carrots and green beans
  5. Diced fried Irish potatoes
  6. Fried eggs

    Parboil noodles and set aside

    Stir fry onions and garlic

    Add carrots and green beans

    Add the peppers and some soy sauce.

    Add the parboiled noodles and fried diced potatoes
