Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscuscus
  2. 8eggs
  3. Seasonings and spices
  4. Scotch bonnet and spring onions
  5. Sardines
  6. Warm water
  7. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a container I added 2 cups of cuscus and added 4 cups of warm water and leave it to soak for 10 minutes

    After 10 minutes I added six raw eggs and mix

  3. 3

    Then I added my seasonings, spices, crush sardines, crushed scotch bonnet and my chopped spring onions and mix

  4. 4

    Then I use nylon and put the batter inside and stem it for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    After steaming it I leave it to cool and cut into desired shape

  6. 6

    Then I used the remaining 2 eggs, I added seasonings and spices and deep the steamed cut cuscus into egg and fry it in a hot vegetable oil

  7. 7

    Serve with tea,juice or pudding
