Soak the black-eyed peas and peanuts for 3-4 hours. Pit the red dates, then soak them along with the dried tangerine peel until soft and clean. Drain the soaked ingredients and place them in a pressure cooker with 4 cups of water.

Boil the chicken feet and pork bones in hot water to remove impurities, rinse them clean, and add them to the pressure cooker. Cover and cook under pressure for 50 minutes.
