Ingredients

5-6 People
  1. 1 & ½ Cup Boiled Moong Daal (¾ Done)
  2. 1Small Onion (Sliced)
  3. 1 TBspGinger Garlic Paste
  4. 6-7 TBspOil
  5. 1 TspCumin Seeds
  6. 3-4Cloves
  7. 5-6Black PepperCorn
  8. 1Cinnamon Stick
  9. 1 TspRed Chilli Powder (or to taste)
  10. 1/2 TBspCoriander Powder
  11. 1/2 TspGaram Masala Powder
  12. 1 TspSalt (or to taste)
  13. 1/2 TspTurmeic Powder
  14. 1/2 CupWater
  15. Fresh Coriander
  16. For tadka...
  17. 1/2 CupOil
  18. 1/2 tspGaram Masala Powder
  19. 1Sliced Onion
  20. 7-8Sabut Laal Mirch

Cooking Instructions

½ Hour
  1. 1

    In a Pot Add Oil, Onion and fry Until Golden Brown.

    Add Cumin Seeds, Cloves, Black peppercorn, Cinnamon Stick and Sàute for a min.

    Add Ginger garlic paste and Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add Coriander Powder, Garam, Masala Powder, Red chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and Mix Well and Cook Until Oil Separate.

    Add Boiled Moong daal and Water and Mix well.
    (If you required more water you can add).

  6. 6

    Bring it to boil Cover and Cook For 10-12 mins.

    Add Fresh Coriander and Mix well.

  8. 8

    For Tadka....
    In frying pan add Oil, Onion, Sabut Laal Mirch, Garam Masala Powder.

    Add Tadka On Fry Daal.

  10. 10

    Dhaba Style Moong Daal Is Ready To Serve.
