Cooking Instructions

Soak daal in salt water for half and hour

In a pan add oil and onion and fry till brown now add tomatoes fry till paste form now add all spices mix well add daal and fry on slow heat until full done, if needed add splash of water

In another small fry pan add more oil then add zeera, garlic & red button chilli, when garlic become golden brown add this to bhagar to prepared daal

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & green chilli & julienne ginger
Enjoy with chapati
