Spaghetti Carbonara Spaghetti Carbonara
#myitalian #worldonplateCarbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Rome. The ingredients consist of pancetta / guanciale (or can be replaced with smoked bacon), egg / egg yolk mixed with hard cheese such as Parmesan or Pecorino Romano and black pepper. Spaghetti is the most common pasta, but fettuccine, rigatoni, linguine, or bucatini are also used. Spaghetti with Tomato, Basil, and Garlic 🍝 Spaghetti with Tomato, Basil, and Garlic 🍝
Years ago, I noted down this recipe from an Italian cooking show. The result was spectacular. I loved it for its simplicity and how with very few ingredients, you can create something so delicious and flavorful. They say sometimes less is more, and in this case, it's true 😋 One of my favorite dishes! The original recipe uses cherry tomatoes, but I've often made it with Roma tomatoes or whatever I had at home. Soup Spaghetti with Tomato and Bacon Soup Spaghetti with Tomato and Bacon
A soup spaghetti commercial on TV made me want to eat it. So I cooked it with ingredients I had at home. I referred to the tomato soup which my wife sometimes cooks and I made it to have a little stronger taste. And it turned out really nice. There is not much helpful hints for this recipe as it is only cutting and simmering.Try preparing the pasta in this order to save time: Cut the ingredients, then boil the water for pasta. meanwhile, stir fry the ingredients and simmer. Cook the pasta while simmering the soup. Add cooked pasta into the soup. Recipe by Furiponpapa cookpad.japan -
