Ingredients

  1. 1/2tuber yam
  2. 3eggs
  3. Seasoning
  4. Chopped onion
  5. Salt
  6. 2scotch bonnets
  7. Garlic
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Slice and peel the yam. Cut into desired shape. Rinse, drain and add into a pot.

    Add water to cover the yam pieces and add salt. Cover the pot and place it on medium heat.

    Boil till it's almost soft but firm. Drain and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Drizzle some oil in a frying pan and fry the eggs.

  5. 5

    Heat up oil and fry the boiled yam till it's done.

  6. 6

    In a bowl, break your eggs, add seasoning, garlic, scotch bonnets, onion and whisk together.

    Serve with hot tea.
