Ingredients

  1. Use 1/4 of my crispy crusty pizza dough recipe
  2. 2chicken spinach sausages, pre cooked cut on bias
  3. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  4. 6 ouncesgoat cheese
  5. 1 tablespoonfresh chopped parsley
  6. 1 tablespoongarlic salt
  7. 1/2 teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
  8. A fewfresh grinds of black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Make the dough as per recipe. After final rise, divide dough into quarters.

    Use 1/8 for this recipe. The rest of dough can be stored in a zip lock bag and frozen for later use.

    On a lightly floured surface roll dough into a 14" rectangle.

    Once rolled set into baking sheet. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Drizzle oil over dough and spread.

  6. 6

    Place chicken sausage slices all over. Add goat cheese in between sausage.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle parsley, garlic powder, red pepper flakes over entire flat bread.

  8. 8

    Grind pepper over top too.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Slice and enjoy.
