  1. ¹/² cup cassava flour (Garin rogo)
  2. 2Scotch bonnet
  3. 1small onion
  4. 2Maggi (seasoning)
  5. Warm water
  6. Oil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl add your garin rogo, Seasoning, grounded scotch bonnet and onions before adding a small amount of warm water to make a semi hard mixture.

    Use your hands to scoop a small amount of the mixture and tap it a little with your fingers before putting it in an already hot oil. Fry both side till golden brown.
