  1. 1 cupchana daal
  2. 2piyaz
  3. 2tamatar
  4. 1 tbspadrak lehsan paste
  5. 1 tbsplal mirch kutti
  6. 1 tsphaldi
  7. namak too taste
  8. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. 1lemon
  11. 1knorr cube
  12. hara dhania
  13. hari mirch
  14. half cupghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Daal ko soak kar lein phr boil kar lein.

  2. 2

    Ghee mein piyaz light brown kar lein.

  3. 3

    Ab is mein adrak lehsan paste daal kar fry karein.

  4. 4

    Timatar daal kar lal mirch, haldi, namak,chat masala daal kar thorra pani daal kar cover kar dein.

  5. 5

    Timatar soft hojayen karri pata daal kar achi tarah masala bhoon lein.

  6. 6

    Masala ghee chorr dey is mein boil chana daal shamil karein.

  7. 7

    Half cup boil daal ka pani aur knor cube bhi shamil kar k 10 mint cover ke dein.

    Daal done hojaye phr is mein lemon hara dhania hari mirch aur garam masala daal kar serve karein.
