Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1medium sized cabbage
  2. 1 cupminced meat
  3. 1/2egg
  4. 1/2 cupperboiled rice
  5. 1tspn cornstarch
  6. 1sausage finger
  7. Some chopped onions and peppers
  8. 3tblspn oil for shallow frying
  9. Spices and seasonings of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and trim the hard part of the cabbage.
    then put the whole cabbage in a pot of water and boil for 3mins.

    Remove from the hot water and gently separate layer by layer.

  3. 3

    Now in a bowl add in rice, minced meat,spices, seasonings, cornstarch,egg, raisins and a tspn of oil, mix well until incorporated.

    Fry the sausage with little onion and add the mixture.

  5. 5

    Now take 1 layer of cabbage and stuff with the mixture and roll it nicely

  6. 6

    Steam some rolls by using a colander as a steamer.

    Shallow fry some, with little oil,after dipping it in a flour and egg mixture. Until crispy and golden brown

    Serve with white rice,soup,sauces of your choice.
    It's really delicious healthy 🤩🧑‍🍳
