Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3leaves Cabbage
  2. 1/2 stickFish sausage
  3. 1Egg
  4. 150 gramsCooked rice (warm)
  5. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  6. 1 dashVegetable oil (for frying)
  7. 1Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce (recommended as a condiment)

Cooking Instructions

    Shred the cabbage into thick pieces and cut the fish sausage into half moons. Beat the egg.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the egg, then set it aside.

  3. 3

    Fry the cabbage and fish sausage from Step 1 in the frying pan.

  4. 4

    When the cabbage has wilted, season with salt and pepper, add the rice, mix in the egg, and fry to finish.

    If you are on a diet, reduce the amount of rice and add more cabbage!
