Cooking Instructions

Finely chop the onion, and microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W. Let cool.

Mix the ● ingredients together.

Combine the ingredients from steps 1 and 2 with the ground meat, salt and pepper, and mix together very well.

Wash and dry the cabbage and chop up rather coarsely. Sprinkle on 1 tablespoon of flour.

Mix the cabbage and meat mixture together very well, and form into 8 round patties.

Coat with flour, beaten egg and panko.

Deep fry in 170°C oil until golden brown.
