Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 200 gramsCabbage
  2. 1 tbspFlour
  3. The meat mixture:
  4. 300 gramsGround combined beef and pork
  5. 1/2Onion
  6. 100 ml● Panko
  7. 2 tbsp● Milk
  8. 1/2● Egg
  9. 1 dashof each Salt and pepper
  10. The coating:
  11. 1Egg
  12. 1Flour and panko
  13. 1Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop the onion, and microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W. Let cool.

    Mix the ● ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Combine the ingredients from steps 1 and 2 with the ground meat, salt and pepper, and mix together very well.

    Wash and dry the cabbage and chop up rather coarsely. Sprinkle on 1 tablespoon of flour.

    Mix the cabbage and meat mixture together very well, and form into 8 round patties.

  6. 6

    Coat with flour, beaten egg and panko.

  7. 7

    Deep fry in 170°C oil until golden brown.
