Pork roast with cinnamon apples

Cooking Instructions

Core and quarter the Apples. In a saucepan add the water,sugar and candy. Cook til the sugar dissolves and the the candy melts. Take off heat let sit in pan in juice to cool. Then put in refrigerator and let sit at least 4 hours.

Season the roast and vegetables cook for 20 minutes in a 425 degree oven. Lower the temp to 350. And cook 1 hour and 40 minutes
