Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1small egg
  3. 1 table spoonbutter
  4. 4 table spoonsugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoonyeast
  6. 1/4-1/2 cupwarm water

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together except water

  2. 2

    Add water gradually until the dough is soft.

  3. 3

    Beat the dough for about 20 to 30 minutes until it's soft and stretchy.

    Mould and let it arise in a warm place for about 30 to 40 minutes depending on the weather.

    After it has rised, spread and cut it with a cutter. Let it rise again.

    Lastly fry on a low heat
