Cooking Instructions

Wash your potatoes.
May require sponge and water, if still soiled - 2
Cut into long strips, not too thick, not too thin with peel on

Season with garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt. Toss around to mix and set aside.

Prep your vegetable oil and allow to heat up.
Oil is ready when your potato strip fries instantly as below. - 5
Add remaining potatoes and reduce heat to medium.
This is to allow enough time for it to cook inside. - 6
Leave on heat for about 10-15 mins or until it's brown.
To get a 'crunchy on the outside soft on the inside texture ', do not turn rigorously, leave to set until desired brown colour is achieved.
