  1. 1and half cup basmati Rice
  2. 1 clovegarlic (diced)
  3. 1satchet Maggi chicken flavor
  4. 1medium onion(diced)
  5. 3 slicesmozzarella cheese
  6. 1 tablespoonmixed dried herbs(basil,parsley, thyme)
  7. 2Maggi cubes
  8. 2 tablespoonvegetable oil
  9. garnishing
  10. slicesAvocado
  11. Parsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place pot on low heat,heat up oil and fry onions and garlic fry for 2-3min,add in washed rice and fry for 2minutes.

    Add in Spring onions, seasoning and herbs,pour in water,stir and cook for 10 minutes,arrange cheese on top of rice and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove for heat and stir,dish on a plate and garnish with avocado slice and parsley
