My kids love salmon, was trying to come up with a healthy vinegared dish with smoked salmon and vegetables.

If you like your vegetables, just use 50 g of salmon. You can increase the amount up to 100 g if you feel like having a lot of fish. Feel free to substitute celery with cucumber. For 4 servings. Recipe by Nanagukun

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 100 gramsSmoked salmon
  2. 1/2 largeOnion
  3. 1/2 mediumCarrot
  4. 1 stalkCelery (stem part)
  5. 70 ml※Vinegar
  6. 2 tbsp※Olive oil
  7. 1 1/2 tbsp※Soy sauce
  8. 1 tsp※Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the onion thinly, soak in water, and drain. Rinse under cold running water while squeezing. Pat dry with paper towels.

    Julienne the carrot into whatever length you prefer. Do the same with the celery.

  3. 3

    Mix the ※ ingredients well.

  4. 4

    Mix the prepped vegetables with the sauce. Refrigerate until the flavour is absorbed and the vegetables are soft and wilted.

  5. 5

    Mix with bite-sized salmon right before eating it, and you're done!
