Simple Smoked Salmon Temari Sushi

I got hold of some really great tasting smoked salmon, so decided to use them in this recipe for a birthday party.
Since these sushi are made with cling film, you can make them easily without getting your hands dirty. They look quite cute, so they would make a great party food. Recipe by Gecchuu kitchen

Cooking Instructions

Add the ingredients marked with ● into a bowl of firm cooked rice. Mix well whilst allowing the rice to cool.

Lay a piece of smoked salmon on top of a sheet of cling film.
- 3
Add about 1 tablespoon of sushi rice on top of the smoked salmon.
- 4
Wrap everything with the cling film and then form into a ball. It's best not to squeeze too tightly. Lightly squeeze the sushi just enough for everything to hold together..
