Cooking Instructions

Finely chop the onion and put into a bowl.

Combine the ■ ingredients.

Add the ground meat and panko to the bowl in Step 1, plus the ◎ ingredients. Mix together well, divide into 4 portions and form into balls.

Choose large cabbage leaves. Boil them until tender.

Shave off the thick core parts of the cabbage leaves, and flatten the leaves out.

Layer 2 leaves together with some overlap. Put a portion of the meat mixture a bit lower than center on each pair of leaves, and wrap up tightly.

Make 4 rolls.

Put the cabbage rolls on a heatproof dish, leaving some space in between. Top with the sliced cheese and bake in a 180°C oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Mix the ● ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer the cooked cabbage rolls to serving plates and pour the combined sauce over them. Sprinkle with parsley and you're done.
