  1. 1

    Add shredded carrots, green onions, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, sesame oil, and soy sauce into food processor

  2. 2

    Once it is all well blended, turn on your stove (medium 5 or 6) and cook the mixture for about 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Once it's done, place the mixture in a container and start making sauce

  4. 4

    For the sauce cut green onions (small), add red Chilli flakes, sesame seeds, garlic, soy sauce, and 2 tsp of water

  5. 5

    After that, make your dumpling.
    Get the dough (get the edges wet with water so they stick) with a spoon add the filling in the middle and close your dumpling

  6. 6

    Now heat up your pan once more. Add a little bit of oil and add your dumplings. Once the bottom is crispy add 2 tsp of water onto the pan. Place a lid on top and don't remove until the water have evaporated.

    Once the water has evaporate, add the sauce we made to the pan and let it cook for about 6 minutes

  8. 8

    Once ready, serve!
