Fresh, warm, and offering simple yet great taste, dumplings are definitely on my favourite dish list.
Keeping the herbs as minimum as possible, this recipe would bring the best taste of steamed meat to your dumplings. Simple and satisfying!
Steps

Mix the minced meat, ground pepper, soya sauce, and chopped spring onions. If you're a fan of spring onions, you can use it with 2:3 comparison with the meat of your choice.

Wrap the mix with dumpling skins. I'm using the ready to use one.

Now get your steamer ready. I am using bamboo traditional steamer. If you're also using one, don't forget to use steaming paper!

A handy tip: steaming paper are expensive. It costs around €5. In fact, normal baking paper works perfectly great for steaming and it costs five times less. Don't forget to make small holes using fork to make sure that the steam can go through 😉

Steam the dumplings for about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the meat you are using. Chicken may take 20 minutes.

Voila! Enjoy your dumplings with salty soya sauce dip.
