#mangotango My husband is die hard fan of mangoes so he brough a lot of mangoes and requested me to make some delicious meetha with these mangoes so I made many desserts with mangoes . This cake is one of them and my husband and children loved it.

I wanted to make a matcha cake with rice flour. I tried many times and this was the result!Fine powdered rice flour is best. The cake will brown after around 30 minutes in the oven, so cover with foil to keep the nice green colour. The sweetness is mild, so adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Recipe by Ryo---ko

#CA2025 I was making a birthday cake and needed a box of yellow cake mix. No yellow cake mix and it is pouring rain so I’m not going out. Yellow cake recipe to the rescue and it is a winner. I wanted a three layer cake and I am not so good with horizontal cutting so I divided the mix to three pans and cut bake time to 18 minutes.
