Condensed Milk Sweet Bread (Using a Bread Maker)

I didn't want my leftover condensed milk to go to waste, so I tried making bread with it.

Instead of making rolls, you can just use the bread course in the bread maker and this is also delicious.
As the dough is really loose, if you don't coat with flour it'll stick to your hands. But be careful not to use too much. For 18 mini rolls. Recipe by Minimy

Ingredients

18 servings
  1. 5 gramsDry yeast
  2. 40 gramsSugar
  3. 380 gramsBread (strong) flour
  4. 5 gramsSalt
  5. 50 gramsCondensed milk
  6. 240 mlWater
  7. Flour for Coating
  8. 1 dashBread (strong) flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Add all the ingredients to your bread maker, set for the dough kneading course and turn it on!

  2. 2

Once finished, take it out and divide into 18 pieces. The dough will be loose, so if you coat with flour while you work it'll make things a little easier.

  3. 3

Let sit for 10 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth to keep them from drying out.

  4. 4

Press down from above to remove the air, then restore the round shape. If the dough is still sticky at this point, coat with flour again.

  5. 5

Allow to rise at 40 ℃ for 40 minutes.

  6. 6

Bake in the preheated oven at 180℃ for 10 to 15 minutes.

  7. 7

Once finished, place on a rack to cool, and they're complete.
