I made this when I needed one more dish.
Season the bean sprouts just before serving to avoid it getting too watery.

Cooking Instructions

Boil the bean sprouts briefly so that they still retain their crispiness. Drain and cool.

When the bean sprouts have cooled down enough to handle, squeeze them out very, very well.

Add the mayonnaise and soy sauce to the bean sprouts.
- 4
Add bonito flakes and ground sesame seeds to taste and mix well.
- 5
Transfer to serving plates and it's done!!
