  • 500 gramsbean sprouts
  • 1 bunchchop scallion
  • 1 tbspfish soy sauce or light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 smallKalamansi juice or lime
  • 1/2 tbspsesame oil
  • 5 dashcili pepper of your choice
  • garnish
  • 1 bunchcrush almonds or any nut
  • 1 tbspchop garlic

    boil water then add salt and boil bean sprouts for 1 minute then drain

  2. 2

    put all ingredient together and mix well . serve then top crush nuts

  3. 3
