Ingredients

  1. Sauce
  2. 20 ozcrushed pineapple and it's own juice
  3. 1/2large onion diced
  4. 2 tablespoonscornstarch
  5. 1/3 cupwater
  6. To taste salt
  7. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  8. 1/3 cuprice vinegar
  9. Pork chop
  10. 3 lbpork loin
  11. 1-1/2 tspsalt
  12. 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  13. 1 tspgranulated garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the butter adding in the onion, vinegar, and brown sugar. Aad the crushed pineapple and the juices into the pot with the onion and butter mixture. Sliced the Pork loin into thin chops. Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit.

    Season the chops on one side. Put them on the pan with the seasoned side down, and season the backside. Put chops in the oven for 30 minutes.

    Bring the pineapple sauce to a simmer. Mix the cornstarch with the water and make a slurry, to thicken the sauce. Stir in and keep stirring till the liquids have thickened enough to your desired thickness. Take the chops out the oven let them rest, 3 minutes. Serve with the sauce on top. I hope you enjoy!!
