Pill slice the pineapple into small chunks. Crush with a potato masher. Had the fatty pieces of the roasted pork into a wok and render the fat. In a pot add the sesame seed oil. Now, add the rest of the pork and heat thoroughly. Incorporate the rendered fat pieces that you fried with it.

Add your garlic and onion flakes and continue to cook the pork.

Add in the remaining ingredients except for the cornstarch, pecans, and the fourth cup of pineapple juice. Mix the cornstarch and the quarter cup of pineapple juice to form a slurry. Have the pork mixture an a good boil. Pour in the slurry to thicken your sauce. Serve over rice, on buns as sliders, and so on. I hope you enjoy!!! Also top with honey Candied pecans!!!
