Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2Cucumbers
  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 1generous pinch Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop the cucumbers into 1-cm thick rounds, then put them in a plastic bag with the salt and sugar.

  2. 2

    Seal the opening of the bag, and shake it up! Press out the air, then massage the bag from the outside.

  3. 3

    After 2-3 minutes, transfer them to a dish, and serve. When you have time, let them chill in the refrigerator while still inside the bag.
