The meat melts in your mouth. It's as delicious as any curry specialty shop. Give it a try! Thank you for making it a topic of conversation for 1,000 people on April 29, 2014. Easy Authentic Indian Curry
I really wanted to recreate the dish I eat regularly at an Indian restaurant, so I combined whatever spices I had. The homemade naan recipeis also easy to make, and you can make it at the same time as you make the curry. Bring the fragrant breeze of India to your home!I usually eyeball the spices, anyway so please adjust since everyone has different preferences for spiciness. You could also use mushrooms and eggplants - just use anything in the fridge. The curry tastes good even if you don't have of all the listed spices, but the key is to add the cumin and garam masala. For 4 servings. Recipe by Rizzy

My friend taught me how to make this, and it was so good that I posted it here. It's a great fool-proof dish!!It's best with a generous amount of curry powder. It's nice with tomato juice instead of vegetable juice too. It's a simple dish with few ingredients, but if you like, you can add finely chopped green peppers, mixed vegetables or soy beans. Storebought Curry Roux with a Twist! Very Satisfying Chicken Curry
This is our recipe for chicken curry, which was developed after a series of trial and error to satisfy my curry-loving boyfriend. It answers his request, "I like authentic Indian curry that doesn't use curry roux and goes well with naan bread, but I want to eat Japanese style curry that goes well with fukujin-zuke relish too!"By pre-seasoning the chicken, you can prevent the flavors from dissipating.Be sure to caramelize the onion.I recommend grating the garlic. The curry is tastier if you stir fry the roux before adding it!And the hidden flavors. Add lots of black pepper to lock-in the flavors, and red chili pepper for a spicy aftertaste. For 4-5 servings. Recipe by Rokarisa

Authentic Indian Style Curry at Home
I tried to make a mild curry for my 3 year old who can't eat spicy food and for my husband who doesn't like tart flavour.Canned tomato sauce (I used Kagome brand's standard sauce) makes the curry a little less tart. Red chili pepper and black pepper are optional, and it will still taste like curry even if you don't put them in. A sprinkle will bring out the flavours, but you can add a little bit more to give it a spicier kick. Recipe by Taguyoshi

Light and Tasty Restaurant-Style Curry with Summer Vegetables
I wanted to recreate a similar summer vegetable curry dish I had in a restaurant. It might take a little time to cut up the vegetables but if you have a ready-made curry roux packet it will be easy after that. You can use any vegetables but I like asparagus or shimeji mushrooms too. Zucchini tends to be too soft to simmer, so I just fry them for a short time. I like to taste the tomato flavour itself so I add it in the end. For 8 to 10 servings. Recipe by Mariamonika

Homemade Restaurant-Style Pork Curry
Before payday, enjoy this budget-friendly and delicious pork curry made with 'pork scraps'. Even though it uses store-bought roux, it's definitely different from your usual curry. The origin of this recipe: 'Curry block meat' is often sold, but it seems scarce, tough, and expensive. I love pork curry, so I tried making a restaurant-style curry at home. Just tasting it makes you want rice!

Healthy and Tasty Dry Curry
I've been making this minced meat curry ever since my daughters were small. Healthier and tasty with lots of veggies! Back in those days, I used to make them mild for my children, but now there are only adults at home, so I add 1 tablespoon curry powder to make it spicy. I usually make heaps of it to enjoy different variations.Lean beef has fewer fat and it's lower in calories, so the meat won't reduce too much when it's cooked. The onion and celery fall apart while cooking, so it's okay to coarsely cut them. You can't fix the curry when it becomes too spicy, so I usually use a modest amount of curry powder to adjust towards the end. You can basically use any kind of spices you have at home, and adjust them as you'd like. The vegetables release sweetness, so the unsweetened Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce and tomato juice work perfectly. For 4 to 5 servings. Recipe by Cha-miru

Chicken Curry - very easy to make.
This is very easy to make recipe. Anyone can do and I can tell you that you will love this dish.

Amazing Easy Curry Hot Pot
I love hot pots. I think it's great to have hot pots because they're so communal. This one will warm you up, body and soul!Use any vegetables you like. Adding katakuriko will help mellow out the flavors of the soup. Be careful not to let the sauce burn. When you portion the hot pot into individual servings, don't serve out too much of the soup! Save some of it for the rice porridge at the end. For 4 servings. Recipe by Hatake (Sharan-Q)

Easy Dry Curry for a Quick Dinner
It's an easy curry, which I could make quickly to feed my hungry kids.It depends on the brand, but the curry roux has about 10 servings per packet. 1/4 of the packet should be fine. You can use the vegetables you use when you normally make curry, or any that you like. This time, I topped the curry with a boiled egg. For 3 servings. Recipe by NO-KA

Easy & Irresistible Dry Curry
This curry is perfect for when you are pressed for time. The taste will change depending on the kind of meat sauce and curry roux you have.I recommend Kewpie brand "Fond de Veau" Meat Sauce.I usually use the brand called "Torokeru Curry" for the roux, but you should use your favorite kind. This curry takes less time than rice to cook, so it's good for when you don't have much time or when guests suddenly show up at the door. For 4 servings. Recipe by Yuna mama

Chicken Curry
This is our family's staple curry dish. It's so delicious that even a restaurant specializing in curry can't beat.Once you taste it, you won't be satisfied with normal curry anymore.I measure water using the can of the canned tomatoes.1 can holds about 400 ml.Microwaving onions in ahead of time reduces stir-frying time. Family Curry, Delicious Without Roux
I always disliked the greasiness in the pot after cooking curry. It seemed like it was bad for our health.I finally arrived at this delicious curry recipe without using roux after many tries.Adding a small amount of potatoes thickens the sauce easily. This is our family's basic flavour, so taste it at the end, then adjust the seasonings or spices to your liking When you are using seafood, stir-fry in a separate frying pan after Step 1, then mix in with the curry pot right before eating. Recipe by shouko

Simple & Homemade Soup Curry
With kids it's difficult to find the time to go to a soup curry restaurant. So I tried making it at home, and it came out very tasty!!My husband asks me to make this about twice a month. There's a lot of ingredients, but you just add them all together so it's really simple. It maybe takes 30 minutes to make.If you don't add curry powder, it becomes even smoother.Cut back on the ketchup and vinegar for a less acidic, more mild taste. The chicken and soup can be frozen! It's better if you de-bone the chicken. For 2 servings. Recipe by Izumiuna

Simple and Quick Curry Rice in 15 Minutes
Sometimes I feel like "ahh, I don't want to cook anything..." Well, that's when I make this curry. The curry tastes good without simmering too long thanks to the smoky flavor of sausages and the spice of "Doro" sauce. I've listed the vegetables I used, but you can actually use any kind that cooks fast. I also recommend using kabocha squash or cabbage since they add a natural sweetness to the curry. For 3-4 servings. Recipe by Shampoo hat

Chicken Curry
My husband requested this dish so I tried it out. I managed to cook this in a short time -- it was surprisingly easy!-Please simmer the chicken until it becomes tender. Please skim off the scum!-I use spicy curry roux for my family. If you are using sweet curry roux, add ketchup to your liking.-I recommend adding heavy cream or coffee creamer to make the taste mild. For 3 servings. Recipe by Tomomaki0313

Easy Tandori Flavored Chicken Curry
I was getting bored of our regular curry, just curry roux with veggies. So, I wanted to come up with a recipe for easy curry that's slightly authentic. This has become our regular menu. This curry is so easy that your hardest task will be grating the onion and garlic. Because my children like it mild, I often use curry roux instead of curry powder. You could also add other kinds of vegetables. Recipe by RIKA MAMA

Easy, Delicious & Spicy Mince and Vegetable Curry in a Frying Pan
My family loves curry, so I often make it. I sometimes put seafood or seasonal vegetables. I tried different ingredients for making mince curry. I like zucchini and it goes well with the curry flavour. It's also tasty with king oyster mushrooms or shimeji mushrooms instead of zucchini or eggplant. If you want it to be less spicy, reduce the amount of curry powder. Taste first and adjust the amount little by little. If you like it spicier, increase the amount of curry powder. Taste first, though. For 4 servings. Recipe by Ri-karu

Easy Superb Tomato Curry
We often receive a large amount of cherry tomatoes as a gift, and I've always made them into tomato sauce. I tried them once in a curry, and it was so delicious! So since then I've been making curry whenever I've had a lot of tomatoes on hand. You can use any meat you like! If you make this in a pressure cooker, enough water will come out from the tomatoes and other vegetables, so you don't need any added water! The sweetness of the tomato is delicious, and this curry is good for you too. You can add eggplant and use this as a meat sauce too! If you are making this in a regular pot, please add a little water. Recipe by Nyororon

Dry Curry
My husband wants to eat dry curry! So, here it is.It's all about stir-fry! And mix! Just be careful not to burn it.Make sure to use curry powder (S&B's red-can curry powder, for example) and not store-bought roux. If you use a roux or curry flakes, it becomes too dense. For about 4 servings. Recipe by Emurate
