Amazing Easy Curry Hot Pot

I love hot pots. I think it's great to have hot pots because they're so communal. This one will warm you up, body and soul!
Use any vegetables you like. Adding katakuriko will help mellow out the flavors of the soup. Be careful not to let the sauce burn. When you portion the hot pot into individual servings, don't serve out too much of the soup! Save some of it for the rice porridge at the end. For 4 servings. Recipe by Hatake (Sharan-Q)

Cooking Instructions
- 1
These are the ingredients. I forgot to add soy milk!
- 2
Cut the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Fry the green onion quickly and add to Step 3. Be careful not to let the katakuriko sink to the bottom and burn!
- 4
Fry the green onion quickly and add to Step 3. Be careful not to let the starch sink to the bottom and burn!
- 5
Add pork and when the colour changes, add the hard part of cabbage, broccoli and other ingredients.
- 6
Simmer for 5 minutes and stir constantly so the bottom of the sauce doesn't burn. And it's done!
- 7
Enjoy the hot pot and add more ingredients as you eat. Try to leave the soup broth and when you finish eating the ingredients...
- 8
...cook some rice in the leftover soup!
- 9
Heat rice in a microwave and add to the pot (you could use normal rice or cold leftover rice). Keep stirring over low heat...
- 10
7-8 minutes later... Be careful not to let the bottom of the pot burn. When the rice absorbs the soup and starts to look like porridge, you're on the right track.
- 11
Turn off the heat. Beat the egg and add to the pan along with pizza cheese. Stir well and let the egg set softly in the remaining heat.
- 12
It's done!!

I've been into curry flavored hot pots for a couple of years now. I usually just buy a readymade hot pot soup, but this time I tried making the soup myself.Use as much vegetables and meat as you want, and whatever kinds you like.I recommend using pasta or rice to finish. If you melt in some cheese at the end too with the pasta or rice it's delicious. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by annnnn cookpad.japan -

Creamy Curry Hot Pot Soup to Eat with Your Kids Creamy Curry Hot Pot Soup to Eat with Your Kids
I only have a medium-hot roux! My kids can't eat that, so I came up with this recipe. If you want to add more spiciness, use a hot roux, or reduce the amount of milk while increasing the amounts of mentsuyu and water. Please check the taste and adjust to your kids' preference, since even among the so-called "medium-hot" roux, well-made roux or spicier roux tends to be hotter. (If you add milk or honey, the hotness will be reduced.) Recipe by Miashanmama cookpad.japan -

Instant Pot Curry Instant Pot Curry
This has been my go-to meal prep during quarantine. It’s healthy and makes a lot of food. I have the Instant Pot Ultra which allows me to sous vide the chicken, instructions for which I have included here. If your instant pot does not have the “Ultra” mode, you can of course cook the chicken any way you want; or you can leave it out and make this a veggie curry! But I would not recommend pressure cooking the chicken in the pot with the rest of the vegetables. Liam Hausmann -

Spicy Indian One Pot Curry Spicy Indian One Pot Curry
This dish was one of the first complicated things I'd tried in my kitchen. I've always loved beans and vegetables. Both these come together in a curry that my aunt used to make during the harvest festival that we celebrate in Southern India called Pongal. It's mostly made in rural areas where the first fist-fulls of all the crops grown by a household and the village are used to make a curry which is offered to the Sun God as a thank you for providing life on earth. This curry is eaten with the "first rice" that is slightly overcooked to give it a sticky, gummy consistency. Since this festival always occurs during the month of January, I've always felt that this was an excellent way to start the year, with a little bit of the best of everything, coming together in a harmonious medley that always managed to explode my senses. This recipe is my interpretation of that nostalgic dish that I associate with festivals, family and cold weather. I hope you try it and enjoy it as much as I do. thelittlecurryball
