I made this with what I had in my kitchen and it turned out nicely.

The taste will differ depending on the type of ponzu sauce you use, so adjust the taste with salt. I make this with yuzu ponzu. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Momoyadare

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 250 gramsThinly sliced pork (Belly is recommended. For bentos, offcuts are fine.)
  2. 1/2Onion
  3. 1/2packet Shimeji mushrooms
  4. 1/2 tbspSesame oil
  5. 1/2 tsp*Tubed garlic
  6. 2 1/2 tbsp*Ponzu
  7. 1 tbsp*Mayonnaise
  8. 1/2 tsp*Sugar
  9. 1Salt, pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Thinly slice the onion, put it in a heatproof dish and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave for 1 minute 50 seconds. (500W).

    Cut the stems off the mushrooms. Combine the ingredients marked *.

  3. 3

    Spread sesame oil in a pan and fry the pork. When the meat is cooked through, add the mushrooms and onions.

    When the mushrooms are cooked through, add the ingredients marked * and fry over strong heat. Taste, and add salt and pepper if necessary. All done!
