Chilled Tofu with Scallion, Mayonnaise, and Ponzu

I made this recipe because I got rather tired of normal chilled tofu. I love the combination of scallions, mayonnaise and ponzu.

If you're watching your weight, use a low-cal mayonnaise. You could replace the ponzu for the mentsuyu. Recipe by Piyokonoshokutaku

Ingredients

  1. 1Silken tofu
  2. 1Chopped scallion
  3. 1Mayonnaise
  4. 1Ponzu or mentsuyu

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut tofu to your desired size, sprinkle scallion on top, and serve with mayonnaise and ponzu.

    I replaced the mentsuyu with ponzu and it was good!
